Coleman Is Here to Help
Inatake Process
We realize that asking for help isn’t always easy. It takes courage to make that first step. Once you have decided to seek help with Coleman, we want you to know what to expect. All it takes is four, easy steps!
1.
When you’re ready to talk with someone, come in! It’s as simple as that. No appointment is necessary. Just walk in and a counselor will be available to speak with you.
2.
Once you’re at our office, a licensed clinician will meet with you to get to know you better. This process is known as “intake and assessment,” which allows our staff to gather pertinent information to customize a treatment plan for your specific needs.
3.
During this initial visit, you’ll also be able to speak with a financial counselor. At Coleman, cost is NEVER a barrier to getting the care you need. There are various financial assistance programs and sliding-fee discounts for which you may qualify. We’ll work together to find the one that’s best for you.
4.
We’ll determine the next steps in your tailored plan to help you maintain good mental health long-term. At this time, we can set up ongoing therapy appointments, case management support, and other services to assist you. There’s no waitlist for accessing the care you need.
Come see us today to get back to enjoying life.
Your mental health is a priority. Never hesitate to reach out for help. If you are unable to come to our office, you can call to talk to one of our behavioral health professionals. There is always someone here to listen and support you.
For more urgent situations, it may be better to call 9-1-1, especially if you’re experiencing any of the following:
- Overdose
- Medical emergencies
- Suicide attempt / self-harm in progress
- Violence / threats of violence / possession of a weapon
