About Coleman Trumbull County
Coleman Health Services is proud to serve Trumbull County at our newly developed facility at 820 Pine Avenue SE in Warren, Ohio. Formerly located on Market Street, Coleman’s Trumbull County services have relocated to this modern, centralized hub for behavioral health, substance use, and crisis intervention services. Spanning over 17,000 square feet, the new Pine Avenue location also houses our Behavioral Health Crisis Center and Sister Jean’s Lighthouse, a supportive housing project for women and children.
