Kent, Ohio (October 6, 2025) – Coleman Health Services announced today it is relocating its Akron office to a new facility that will expand capacity and enhance access to comprehensive behavioral health care. The move underscores Coleman’s continued commitment to addressing mental health and substance use needs in the community with high-quality, person-centered services.
The new office, located at 931 E. Market Street in Akron will officially open on October 22, 2025. The larger, modernized facility is designed to support Coleman’s full range of integrated services, including psychiatry, counseling for adults and children, mobile response and stabilization services for youth, case management, and employment programs.
“This relocation represents an important investment in the well-being of Summit County residents,” said Hattie Tracy, Coleman’s President and CEO. “The new space will allow us to improve service delivery, strengthen partnerships, and provide a more welcoming environment for individuals and families seeking care.”
The new location offers improved accessibility, with ample parking at the rear of the building and on Market Street as well as public transit access. Its location in the Middlebury neighborhood and near the historic East End ensures convenience for both clients and staff. Coleman Health Services has served Summit County for more than 15 years, and this move reflects the organization’s long-term strategy to expand its reach and respond to growing community needs.
