What to Expect
at Coleman

When you come to Coleman, you join a community of people who want to see you thrive. We provide the support structure you need to overcome obstacles and achieve your wellness goals.

Here’s what becoming a Coleman client looks like:

1. We pair you with one of our caring professionals.

When you call Coleman, we’ll listen to your needs and assign you a case manager, counselor, or other professional.

2. You meet a Coleman advocate.

We set up a diagnostic assessment with a Coleman team member where you can talk about your goals, ask questions, and discuss next steps.

3. We connect you with the right services for you.

After assessing your unique situation, we create an Individual Service Plan (ISP) to help you on your path to wellness.

4. We provide comprehensive, ongoing treatment.

Continue to work with our team by showing up every day and following your ISP.
