Knights of Columbus of Portage County Impacting Coleman Pregnancy Center

Feb 13, 2019 | News

For over ten years, the Knights of Columbus of Portage County have led fundraising efforts supporting Coleman Pregnancy Center. This is truly a labor of love. With true compassion, the Knights have helped many mothers and babies receive maternal support, counseling, diapers, clothing, formula and other essentials that can become daunting expenses for new moms. During that time, the Knights have held annual fundraisers that have raised several tens of thousands of dollars which have gone directly to caring for new mothers and their babies. The need for this care continues to grow in our community and the Coleman Pregnancy Center will continue to provide this care regardless of the mother’s ability to pay.

This year the Knights are asking for your support! They are selling tickets for a 1 in 300 chance to win cash prizes. The tickets are $50 each and there will ONLY be 300 tickets sold. A generous anonymous donor is providing the cash prizes in order to ensure the money raised will go directly to Coleman Pregnancy Center. First prize is $1000 cash, second prize is $500, and third prize is $250.

You can purchase tickets by calling Hugh Ickes at 330-673-1917 or 330-671-9878.

The drawing will be held Friday, May 10, 2019 at 6 pm via live streaming through Coleman Pregnancy Center’s Facebook page.  Please go to https://www.facebook.com/ColemanPregnancyCenter/, like the page, and you will be notified when they go live.
