To build on these acknowledgements, Coleman has received more than $10 million in federal and state grants since March 2021, which helps to fund additional positions to support an expanding array of services in multiple counties. Not only does this reflect the trust that these highly reputed organizations have in Coleman’s expertise, but it also validates the important role we play in the communities we serve.

SAMHSA: Certified Behavioral Health Clinic (CCHBC) Grant

As one of only 11 CCHBCs in Ohio, this funding strengthens our ability to deliver integrated behavioral health and physical medical care to adults and children.

OhioRISE: Care Management Entity (CME) Grant

Designation by Ohio Medicaid as a CME acknowledges Coleman’s expertise in delivering wraparound care. As a CME, Coleman serves as the coordinating agency to manage care from numerous organizations for youth with complex behavioral health and multi-system needs.

As a non-profit, many services we offer wouldn’t be possible without support and funding from our trusted community partners. These like-minded organizations recognize the vital role Coleman plays in their communities. Their funding demonstrates confidence that our whole-person treatment approach changes lives.

Available Positions

Counselors

Work with individuals to address various mental health issues and support them along their journey to recovery.

Certified Peer Support Specialists

If you’ve successfully navigated your own mental health or addiction struggles, share with our clients what’s worked for you in the recovery process.

Case Managers

Support clients’ recovery process by helping with daily activities and linking to other appropriate community resources.

Social Workers

Promote well-being of clients through evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and substance use disorders.

Crisis Counselors

Provide crisis intervention and counseling to those who have experienced severe trauma.
