We’re moving! Coleman’s office in downtown Akron is relocating. Learn all about the move below.

Where will the new office be located? When is Coleman moving?

The new office address is 1815 W. Market Street Suite 301 Akron, OH 44313. Coleman is moving December 21, 2021.

Why is Coleman moving to this new office?

The new location is much larger and will enable Coleman to expand services and staff to better meet the growing needs of the community. Coleman plans to offer more services for children, adolescents and adults, including expanded substance use disorders. There is also a dedicated space for case managers and more room for group therapy.

Will the office hours remain the same at the new location?

Yes, our hours will remain the same.

Office Hours
Monday: 8 AM – 5PM
Tuesday: 8 AM – 5PM
Wednesday: 8 AM – 7PM
Thursday: 8 AM – 5PM
Friday: 8 AM – 5PM

Walk-In Clinic Hours
Monday: 8 AM
Tuesday: 8 AM
*Must arrive promptly at 8AM to be seen without a scheduled appointment.

Will it cost more to be seen at the new office?

No. Payment for services will stay the same.

Is this new office easier to find and get to?

Yes –  it is in a well-marked office building with a Metro RTA bus stop in front. See our new location on Google Maps.

Can I continue to see the same therapist?

Yes, your care team will not change. You will see the same therapist and case managers you are currently working with.

Will you still offer Telehealth appointments?

Yes, you will be able to schedule Telehealth appointments the same as in the past.

What new services will be offered?

Coleman looks forward to growth with new community partnerships, expanding the services we already do well such as case management, counseling, and psychiatry. We look forward to the growth of services for children, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) diagnoses and re-starting group therapy for mental health and SUD service needs.
