Comedy Night Coming to St. Florian Hall

Pittsburgh-based Slapstick Production Comedians is coming to Jefferson County for the 2nd Annual Comedy Night benefitting Coleman Professional Services.  They will be performing Saturday, August 17th at St. Florian Hall in Wintersville to help raise money to respond to the growing need for immediate access to mental health, addiction and housing services in Jefferson County provided by Coleman. 

Three comedians will perform that evening. David Kaye and Bill Benden who have both appeared on Comedy Central and Auggie Cook, a “clean” keyboard comic, will provide the laughs. The evening will begin at 5:30 pm when doors open. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided and a cash bar available.  There will also be a gift basket auction and a 50/50 raffle.  The show starts at 7:00 pm.  Tickets are $40 each and are available by going online to /events/comedynight.aspx or by contacting Bonnie Willison at 740-996-7039 or bonnie.willison@colemanservices.org.

Coleman’s mission of improving the lives of the people they serve, regardless of their ability to pay is serious business, but as laughter can be wonderful medicine, this evening of fun and fundraising is a great way to support Coleman’s mission in Jefferson County and have fun.  100% of the funds raised will stay in the local community.
