News Coleman Welcomes Hattie Tracy KENT, Ohio (May 6, 2019) Coleman Professional Services welcomes Hattie M. Tracy as Senior Vice President of Clinical Services. Ms. Tracy will be replacing Sandy Myers, who is retiring as of June 30, 2019, after over 30 years of service at Coleman. Coleman CEO Nelson Burns said, “I am excited to have Hattie on board. She brings expertise from her education and her work experience that fits well with Coleman’s needs, vision, and mission.” Burns continued, “In order to provide the best possible transition, she will work with current Senior Vice President, Sandy Myers until Sandy’s retirement at the end of June. Sandy has worked with me most of my career and has helped shape Coleman’s culture of taking care of our clients and their diverse needs rather than isolating them into different silos. Ms. Tracy’s passion for community mental health and bringing cutting edge and evidence-based programming to individuals with mental illness so they can reach their fullest potential makes her a great fit.” Ms. Tracy was most recently Senior Director of Clinical Strategy, Community Outreach and Healthcare Integration at Child Guidance and Family Solutions of Summit County. She holds a Masters in Public Policy and Administration from Kent State University as well as a Masters of Social Work and Bachelor of Arts degrees from The Ohio State University. She is both a Licensed Independent Social Work Supervisor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III. Ms. Tracy said, “One of the many reasons I was drawn to Coleman is because of its investment in staff, the individuals they serve and their communities.
