We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for our Permanent Supportive Housing site located in Lima, Ohio.  The ideal candidate will have affordable housing experience with an emphasis on tax credit housing, customer service experience, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.  The hours of this position include Monday - Friday working until 6pm daily with one week night until 8pm, one weekend day per month; and participate in on-call rotation. Under the direction of the Director of Rental Management, the Property Manager is responsible for maximizing occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, interacting with residential clinical team, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and providing or coordinating exceptional customer service.  Additional responsibilities including supporting day to day activities in the building, rent collection as well as general property management.
