Position Description

Coleman Pregnancy Center, a service offered through Coleman Professional Services, is a one-stop pregnancy resource and crisis intervention center for women who suspect or know they are pregnant, or who have a child under age one. Coleman Professional Services (CPS) is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community.  Usual working hours are Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5:00pm but this person must be willing to adjust his/her schedule for marketing, fundraising, and events. 

Seeking a Project Coordinator to fulfill the following duties:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Pregnancy Center
    • Scheduling clients and volunteers
    • Maintain the client database and monitor client records
    • Collecting outcome data
    • Maintaining material goods inventory
    • Develop and recommend program enhancements to expand available resources
  • Marketing and referral development
    • Collaborate to develop and maintain printed materials, social network communication, and CPS website
    • Attend fairs, festivals, and other community events to raise awareness
    • Network with community stakeholders and CPS employees to generate referrals
  • Recruit and train volunteers
  • Provide supportive services to clients and families

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or human services related field; excellent verbal and written communication skills; valid Ohio driver’s license and maintain an excellent driving record. Prefer someone with a Master’s degree; LPC or LSW licensure; NPI number; and Medicaid number.
