Position Description

Coleman Professional Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs, is seeking a customer service oriented person to provide front desk coverage.  Duties include: answering phones, greeting customers, notifying staff of client arrival, triaging calls, scheduling/confirming appointments, maintaining clinical records, distributing mail, and performing other general office duties.  Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality and stay calm during crisis situations.  Must have high school diploma, two years medical office experience and experience with EHR.  Previous medical records experience and excellent professionalism preferred.
