Position Description

Coleman Professional Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs is seeking a social work and/or counseling  individual to provide clinical leadership as well as supervision to assigned Mobile Response Youth Counselors. These individuals as well as this position provide mobile response acute behavioral health services to individuals in their natural environment, schools, emergency rooms, and various community settings. Duties include: 

  • Offer trauma-informed behavioral health interventions to foster crisis resolution
  • Utilize a co-response model with local law enforcement agencies
  • Supervising and provide triage, engagement, and assessment utilizing the Pathway Model
  • Service navigation and linkage, follow-on care, and family and community stakeholder collaboration

Qualified candidates will have their Master’s degree along with LISW-s or LPCC-s licensure, a NPI number, an Ohio Medicaid number, and a CAQH account; have and maintain an excellent driving record; and 5 years experience working in the behavioral healthcare field. Prefer someone with work experience in an emergency room, community behavioral health or crisis intervention setting and someone with experience in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care. This position is a day shift working Monday – Friday.
