Position Description

EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE and NEGOTIABLE SALARY! Coleman Professional Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs is seeking a social work and/or counseling individual to provide mobile response acute behavioral health services to individuals in their natural environment. Duties include: 

  • Offer trauma-informed behavioral health interventions to foster crisis resolution
  • Utilize a co-response model with local law enforcement agencies
  • Triage, engagement, and assessment utilizing the Pathway Model
  • Service navigation and linkage, follow-on care, and family and community stakeholder collaboration

Third shift (11pm – 7am) candidates will have their Master’s degree along with LSW or LPC licensure. 

Second shift (2pm – 10pm) candidates will have their Master’s degree along with LISW or LPCC licensure. 

All candidates will have an NPI number and Ohio Medicaid number; have and maintain an excellent driving record; and have 2 years’ experience working in the behavioral healthcare field.  Those with LISW or LPCC also require a CAQH account created. Experience in an emergency room or crisis intervention setting and experience in motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care preferred.
