Housing & Compliance Administrator - PT - Portage County

Position Description

Coleman Professional Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs, is seeking an individual to coordinate the compliance requirements and administrative support for properties under the Rental Management department. Duties include, but not limited to, help maintain/perform housing inspections and pre/post move-out inspections; coordinate on-site inspections as required by local, state, and federal entities; completion of recertifications as well as related processing; record/maintain appropriate data/payments into rental software; and issue necessary notices. 

Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent; have and maintain an excellent driving record; experience working with rent collections, Section 8 housing, tax credit, and/or conventional housing; and at least 2 years experience with property management. Must also be proficient in MS Office, effective communication skills, and ability to multi-task. Experience with knowledge and understanding of Fair Housing and related practices as well as experience using OneSite software is preferred.
