Position Description

Coleman Professional Services is seeking a Director of Recovery Services for Allen, Auglaize, and Hardin Counties.  Duties will include providing clinical leadership for Case Management staff, direct care and advocacy for consumer needs.  Salary based on experience and credentials.  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
  • LSW or LPC licensure (NPI and Medicaid numbers)
  • Able to communicate effectively with consumer, families, multi-disciplinary staff and partner agencies
  • 3 years+ experience and training in serving the SPMI and SMD populations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Prepared LSW/LPC
  • LISW or LPCC licensure (NPI and Medicaid numbers along with CAQH account)
  • Supervisory licensure
  • Clinical and administrative supervision experience
  • Experience in budgeting and/or program evaluation
