Position Description

Coleman Professional Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs is seeking a Director of Crisis Stabilization Unit in Stark County, Ohio.  The purpose of this position is to lead the CSU in Stark County to manage a multi-bed behavioral health crisis stabilization unit with 24/7 coverage.  

Director is responsible for developing and maintaining staffing schedule for the unit, coordinating admissions and discharges, and developing and implementing daily treatment regimen.  Supports coordination with other services for individuals admitted to unit.  Director will provide clinical leadership, management, and direct care to individuals admitted to the crisis unit.  Director is responsible for managing department's operating budget.   

Must have an LPN, RN, LSW, or LPC credential or higher and two years' experience working in a behavioral health setting.  Must have the following: a NPI number; and an Ohio Medicaid number. Must have and maintain driver's license and clean driving record.  Two years’ experience in management position preferred.
