Director of Administrative Support - FT - Allen, Auglaize, Hardin CountiesLocation: Allen,Auglaize,HardinType: ftPosition DescriptionThe Director will schedule and oversee administrative support staff and fill in staffing gaps when needed; provide training and development of new and existing staff; ensure staff members are working within Company policies and vision of customer service; conduct monthly staff meetings, individual supervisions, and evaluations; manage secretarial work orders, internal referral process, and requests for clients’ records; and support the business unit by recommending, developing, and implementing new procedures as needed for improved efficiency, effectiveness, cost-savings, and/or meeting customer needs, such as data gathering through research, analysis, and measuring customer satisfaction. Must have a high school diploma and five years of office experience with emphasis on customer relations, plus excellent customer service skills, billing experience, and computer skills in MS Office products.
