Position Description

Coleman Professional Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community.  We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to provide support for the processing of the Managed Care billings; ensure the accuracy, compliance, and water-falling of claims; coordinates the Financial specialists and assists in their training; and represents the Company in related matters. 

Must have a BA in Accounting or other fiscal-related specialty, 5+ years working experience in the billing and/or fiscal operations with a strong understanding of Managed Care payors and their expectations. In addition, must have knowledge of water-falling and eligibility requirements. Knowledge of Great Plains and Microsoft Office is preferred.
