Position Description

Coleman Professional Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs, is an organization that is committed to fostering recovery, building independence, and changing destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking an individual to provide crisis intervention, support, information and referral by phone and/or face-to-face.  Responsibilities include completing diagnostic assessments, prescreens, and answering crisis hotline to provide referrals and counseling.  Individual will be responsible for various reporting, must be able to be on-call to provide clinical supervision to Access Staff and fill in when needed. 

Must have LSW or LPC, a NPI number, an Ohio Medicaid number, Masters prepared, and crisis intervention experience. Must have a clean driving record, able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.  LISW/LPCC with CAQH account and previous experience preferred.
