Right at Home 2015 On September 27th, the Coleman Foundation hosted its 27th Annual Right at Home benefit. This year, the event was held at the Kent State University residence of President Beverly Warren. Just fewer than 275 guests were welcomed into the president’s home as Coleman raised over $87,000 to further Coleman’s mission of supporting children, families, and older adults in our community who are facing mental health and rehabilitation challenges. During the event, attendees had the opportunity to participate in a silent auction consisting of art and other items generously donated by local artists and stores. New this year, however, was the Grab n’ Go table. Guests were invited to purchase a gift card, valued for more than participants paid. To give thanks for President Warren’s hospitality, Nelson Burns, Coleman Professional Services’ President and CEO presented a photo of the original Kent State University Normal College. Coleman Foundation would like to express sincere gratitude for the support of Masterpiece Sponsors Allen Aircraft Products, Inc. and McKay Bricker Gallery & Framing. Other sponsors included The Burbick Foundation, DS Architecture, the Fowler Family, Beth and Bob Goldthwaite, and The Sherwin-Williams Company.
